There are so many different ways to lose weight that it can be overwhelming and confusing when you are just starting out! What do you think? What is the best way to lose weight, however you choose to define that? Is it exercise, or a diet, or liposuction, or weight burning pills? What is your preferred method of losing weight, and why is that so?
It does not have to be "either, or", you know? I think the healthiest approach to losing weight is to look at it as an investment in your health and your body. You should lose the weight because you want to be fit and healthy, not just to be thin, you know? In short, I believe that eating the right foods and being physically active on a regular basis is the best. If you are really very obese, you might sure need a push in the right direction as it were, and that can include surgery as well in extreme cases. I don't think that happens a lot though.
