ookays FINALLY! i joined a gym i like it , its fun and i feel like i can get back into shape, thing is though................. i dunno how to lose weight ._.

i mean like pfft yeah warm ups  and stuff they good so is the treadmill its just like what machines AT THE GYM help you lose weight? and not just build up muscle,if anyone knows of any good workouts to do at the gym please reply back to this post, it would be very much appreciated. ^^
