Big lump on right side of vulva

Okay so i had sex with my boyfriend, mind you he is in the military so sex is not very often. So when we do get the chance we use every second of it. I went to LA for a mini vacay to visit him since he is stationed over there, well sex was an EVERYDAY thing twice a day for 4 days. My last day there i had a little discomfort i figured it was because of all the sex that we've had. Anyways, i was fine all day, when i get to the airport i started feeling a pain down in my vagina. I paid no mind to it though. Then it got to the point where it was really painful and uncomfortable for me to sit. I was even walking funny! I went in the restroom to check down there and i noticed a somewhat large lump on the right side of my labia majora. Well during my flight which was 6 hours long the pain got worst. I came home took a hot shower then went to bed, well TRIED. It was so uncomfortable to sleep! I couldn't even sleep on my side because closing my legs would just make the pain more intense! I woke up the next morning only to notice the lump had gotten 3 times bigger than it was the day before and more painful making it more difficult to walk. I literally stay in bed all day. Later in the day i filled my bathtub with hot water sat in there for a little. It was still swollen still hurting. I went to pee later on and noticed a "puss" like substance coming out of my lump. I squeezed on it but barely came out. I tried poking it with a needle but chickened out. So just washed down there and left it how it was. Later that night before i went to shower i looked down there again and noticed a "white head" like a pimple. So i grabbed some tissue and squeezed on it. Puss started to come out with a little of blood. Kept squeezing til nothing was coming out but the white head was still there. So i grabbed the needle poked it a little and then with a tissue grabbed on to the tip of the head and pulled it. As soon as i did that puss just gushed out. I kept squeezing and squeezing until clear looking substance was coming out then shower. And now i somewhat feel better, it doesn't hurt as much and im able to sleep on my side and walk a little better. But i still have NO IDEA what it was or how i even got it!!?!? Any ideas?! And i apologized for all the graphic descriptions . I just wanted to make sure i put in enough details. Help please!
