same thing happened to me! Ive been taken biotin for 2 weeks now and have literally been eating worse than I usually do, yet people have been asking if I lost weight. Sure enough I jump on the scale and my jaw hit the ground, I had lost over 5 pounds and am back to what I weighed in high school. Biotin is the only thing I have changed besides eating more and exercising less, highly recommend.
