sorry i know this was written quite a while ago but what you just described was almost exactly what happened to me a couple of times has anyone ever diagnosed you?
Hello :) did you figure out what the problem was? The same happened to me but it’s getting more frequent.
Thank you so much for sharing! This is my first time to check the internet regarding my health status. Yesterday, I've d been blackout with temporary loss of sight and hearing, its about my fifth time already. I'm a little bit worried about yesterday since I was with my students. I'm 23 years old and I'm working as a biology teacher. during my childhood and my college life, I'm experiencing it many times but I'm just ignoring it. Last night, I realized and said to myself that "I think, i really have a heart problem" I said this, since my finger nails says so. I concluded last night that the reason behind this is maybe my heart is not pumping well and there's no enough blood (oxygen) circulating on my brain. And now, reading all your comments put me into conclusion. I'm happy honestly reading the comments, I know it's a bad news for me, but still, I feel comforted. Once again, a warm thank you. Have a nice day to all of us and God bless!
This happens to me . im also 29 . Get your heart checked
Sounds like vasovagal syncope.
I think that you should look into vasovagal syncope.
I have the same thing happen to me quite often, and has for nearly all my life, a lot of the signs seem to be pointing to low blood sugar or pressure.
Something like this happened to me, it happened once today and once a week ago today. I could tell it was going to happen prior to it happening because I felt different and I felt as if there was a lot of weight on me, I got a weird head rush, then my vision started going pixelated then went completely black and my hearing went muffled as if I was under water, my whole body felt extremely hot and I started to sweat. I was at work both of the times that it had happened to me. I don’t know what may have caused it because there are so many things that I have that could possibly be the cause of it
The same thing recently happned to me, me and my family were walking through the mountains looking at the views and i started to feel dizzy, my vision just had gone and my ears were ringing. I think I blacked out for like 5 seconds but I had to lie down. And i was prettty dehydrated cuz of all the walking plus not as much oxygen in the mountains. It IS really scary but as long as you stay calm and drink something it goes away
I wish I could figure it out myself. My father has Hypoglycemia (too much insulin and not enough glucose) but he had to diagnose himself and help the doctors actually give him the test he needed to take to prove he does in fact have it. They don’t want to diagnose you with it for some reason. I know that celebrities inject insulin in them so their metabolism is fast and they can burn fat off easier. Anyway, He’s suffered from it his entire life. His sister has it aswell. All my tests always look normal but 3 days ago I was in an important meeting (I get panic attacks a lot due to stress which is frustrating to me because it makes me annoyed with myself so I just deal with it internally constantly) and I felt exactly like how everyone’s listing on here and I usually ignore it and try to fight through it and go find sugar (that’s what works for me). This time however I didn’t feel comfortable excusing myself from the meeting so I used the last of my energy to sit in the chair and it started coming on even worse. I couldn’t hear anymore and as I wrote my bf “c**p” I am suddenly being woken up from the floor by my boss and she’s panicked that (my eyes are staring at her but) I can’t see her at all and I’m confused and feel absolutely terrible. She says I face planted and started seizing. I could hear her calling my name as I came to but not see her and I have no clue how long I was out or if someone was talking to me up to the point of her trying to call my name over and over. I was sweating so badly. I mumbled sugar and for some reason the last thing I want to do is ingest anything when I’m in this state. I forced myself to eat and then told whoever was in the room to wheel me out (I couldn’t move and I hated the fact I just blacked out infront of people). I was lifted and wheeled out and I started feeling it come back again. I’m guessing I gave myself nausea being moved around in the rolling chair. I ate another chocolate in the next room. My color was still off and I felt confused and low like I would pass out again.
This used to happen a ton when I played sports. Although for cross country I would black out as I would be finishing a race. My coach would roll me under the flags and grab my number. I’d also be trying to calm myself down (it feels so awful that you start to panic) and then black out between cars in the parking lot. I’d wake up later laying nowhere near where I was before I blacked out, being fed skittles by my brother. I just want to know why my tests are always good but I have something seriously off like this. It looks like a lot of us on here do too.

This has been happening to me for years. The first time I recall was about 20 or so years ago and randomly every year or so.Then twice in a month, One time completely blacking out while driving down highway. It all starts with hot flashes and uncontrollable sweating. No possible way to cool off, Then the ringing in my ears starts. When my vision started to tunnel I figured " sh*t I might passout. I gotta pull over". All I remember was hearing the rumble strips and waking up in a shallow pond surrounded by cat tails. I woke to a woman yelling "ARE YOU OK? I'VE ALRERADY CONTACTED THE POLICE" About three minutes later the sweats were gone. I sat with Cop until Tow Truck got there and pulled me out. I paid the man and drove rest of the way to work. Driving a BIG BRN Truck for 14 more hrs. The Elderly couple that contacted help said I went off road about 60mph. They thought i was going to go head-on with a telephone pole. While inspecting my tire tracks I noticed I had taken out a reflector pole, jumped a pile of wood and just missed that telephone pole by less than an inch.
I didn't know what to make of all this but figured when these happen Im feeling myself die in an alternate reality. Just waiting until its my turn.

Hello, guest.
The combination of hot flashes, uncontrollable sweating, ringing in the ears, and tunnel vision that leads to blacking out while driving can be indicative of various conditions, such as:
Syncope: Syncope is a sudden loss of consciousness, often caused by a temporary reduction in blood flow to the brain. It can have various underlying causes, including issues with the heart, blood vessels, or nervous system.
Vasovagal Syncope: This type of syncope is triggered by a sudden drop in heart rate and blood pressure in response to certain triggers, like heat, stress, pain, or standing for extended periods.
Neurological Conditions: Certain neurological conditions can lead to fainting spells and altered consciousness.
Cardiovascular Problems: Heart rhythm disturbances or other heart issues can cause syncopal episodes.
Other Medical Conditions: Some medical conditions like low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), anemia, or dehydration can also cause similar symptoms.
It's essential to consult a medical professional who can conduct a thorough evaluation, including a review of your medical history, physical examination, and possibly additional tests, such as electrocardiogram (ECG), blood tests, and possibly a tilt-table test or other specialized assessments to determine the cause of these episodes.
Do you have any other symptoms?
