i am a bisexual boy and i have hemorooids and when i have sex with my boyfriend it's so pain full(i am a but) andafter or during the sex may anus bleeds after sex i usually wash my anus with betadine and after that with shower gel and then i use an anti hemorroids suppository i wanna know if it helps and i f i'm doing the right thing after having anal sex???

The shower gel IS a mistake. It , like any soap, can very easily dry out the tissues and contribute to the bleeding.
Suppositories usually slide up into the rectum and don't really help.
Sitz baths, warm water with just a cap of betadine might provide the best relief.
thanks for your answer, i sometimes pour betadine and try to put my finger in the anus gently trying to make the betadine reach the area,what about that?
Betadine is great for cleansing a wound but the sitz bath with betadine should help the tissues reduce more quickly.
