My husband and I had anal sex a week ago and every time I have had a bowel movement, there is a lot of bright red blood on my toilet paper and in the toilet bowl. This has occurred for a week now. Is this normal?

See your doctor. Bright red blood is fresh blood. It could be from a hemorrhoid OR from the trauma of having anal sex.
It's gone on long enough where it should have stopped on its own. Now you need to investigate why you are bleeding.
