Hi, I'm a 20 year old girl who for the past 2 months have been bleeding every 2 weeks. I have a heavy period for a week, then have 5-7 days of a break and have another period following which is just as heavy, painful and consists of blood clots.The periods are more brownish/ blackish than red.I am getting really worried as this has never happened to me before; my periods were always regular.I also feel very tired recently and tend to get black outs. Could anyone advise me on the possible causes or what it might be? many thanks
