Bleeding from vagina, I had hysterectomy over ten years ago

I had a hystercomy over ten Years ago

OVER  THE past month whenever  I have a bowel movement I bleed from my vagina what could be causing this

 My stomachs gets cramps. Bloated mild discomfort I do not have any ovaries

My surgery was a complete hystercomy over ten yeats ago
