Hi, moments before I cum, I put my hand over the hole of my penis and I "block/stop" the ejaculation, so I can go to the toilet and let it go... Is it safe? Does it effect my prostate or anything else? I've been doing it for about 2 years. I didn't nothice anything but I was always curious.
Also, after the ejaculation, when I slightly press the area under my balls the post-cum comes out easier and faster. Is that safe too?

It's not a good idea to block ejaculation there is a lot of force when someone ejaculates. by holding the force of the ejaculation in you run the risk of damaging fragile tissue in your reproductive tract and increase the chance of developing a condition known as retrograde ejaculation where the semen is ejaculated into the urinary bladder instead of out of your penis. as for pressing on the perenium to express more semen/post ejaculate. thats totally fine.
