blood filled spot on the scrotum

hello,

at first i was just reading the forum posts about filled cysts and other common issues of the scrotum

but tonight i found a rather irritated which appeared to be a bump in between my thigh and my scrotum but was on the scrotum.

curiously i squeezed it and a dry/dead blood mixture resulted

could this be infected and im not sexually active

i was wondering if anyone had something similar
