I an on my period and last night I ate late fast food o went to bed and woke up nauseous and had to make a bowel movement. It went on all night and all today I thought it was blood clots from my period ( which never happens) the medium sized clots of blood r my poop and I have severe pain on and off in my abdomin what do I do I'm getting nervous
