ok so i took a dump and wiped. it was bloody not really red i think bright red :P but i was like HOLY S*** then my mom walked in so i said i was bleeding from my "rabbit hole" and i was like is this flocking normal and she said yes idk if i need to go to the doctor but i have poop left over on my butt [dry poop] i dont want him seeing my dirty butt

It's probably a hemorrhoid. You can them at any age. Often, they'll heal on their own.
Try not to strain during a bowel movement.
Wash your butt with soap and water - or at least take a shower. The dried "poop" will make you itchy and can aggravate the situation.
