Hi. I'm 28, woman. I've started bodybuilding some years ago and I feel it brought me a lot of positive things. So I wanted to go further but of course I'd need to take some medication. I talked it over with the other girls. I'm prepared for some virilization of my body and I don't care about the boobs shrinking (I don't have that much anyway) or the clit growing but I do care about the hair issue. Does anyone have experience of hairloss as combined with steroids? It's supposed to be quite rare but I wonder. There's a woman at the club who's got serious issues, she's grown facial hair which she had to have removed by laser and chesthair which she did nothing about and above all she lost a great deal of hair on her head and needs to wear a wig. That's what I'm not willing to accept. Wbat's your experience? And if it happened would it be reversible?
it's true that you will experience changes related to your chest but they are most of all the result of the muscle training. If you've got small breasts anyway you will probably not see much of a change unless you push it really to a professional level. I had B cup breasts and they shrunk to A cups but usually A cups don't get that much smaller. As for the hairloss I'm not so sure it's rare and in my experience it's even the first thing that's happening, growth of body hair and hairloss on your head. But androgenic alopecia for us women does not come as a bald pate but as a general thinning of hair so there again it's Nothing dramatic. After a few years I've got a wide parting and generally thin hair you can see through and my front hairline has receded for an inch or so and my temples are bald. But it looks sharp in a way and you'll come to like it. As for the body hair, I started to pluck out my mustache but then I decided to simply shave like a man, I shave twice a day in order to avoid stubbles from being visible. The chest hair I let grow and only shave for competitions.
definitely yes, it makes you lose your hair, well some of it, and definitely no, it's not that dramatic actually not dramatic at all, 10 years into steroids I still have hair covering all of my head even if my parting got wider and you can see through it all a little bit. actually I lost it during the first years, that's also when I grew body hair (and there again, it's not dramatic, mostly in the corners over my mouth, where many women grow darker hair anyway, under the chin where you can pluck it out easily and around my areolas (and there again I know women who don't take stuff and who are hairy there anyway). breast shrinking will be induced by weight lifting anyway. growing of the clit I never heard of.
