Boil or Acne or Any other infection?

I have boils on my inner thigh.I am not sure if its a boil or some other infection.They are somewhat red with black color on the top.They are not painful.Sometimes i get little pus which is somewhat white and light greenish or yellowish color.They are not painful until and unless i squeeze them.After one boil goes away sometimes i have another one on the opposite thigh almost neat the same location.I would like to get some help on this issue.
