Wear a snug fitting bra. Seems like your breast maybe/possibly getting ready for milk. Just be sure to call the place you had the surgery at and make sure that its that and not something else.
i had an abortion 2 yrs back and immediately after 3 weeks noticed milk comming from both the breasts and i consulted my gynac but still its continued and till today its coming i dont know what to do can any one help.

My friend had the similar issue. She had the baby, and the milk didn't stop coming even 2 years after. What helped her was lifting weights(with her hands and not heavy) at gym. I know it may sound weird, but probably, chest muscles activity helped to stop the milk from being generated.
