BRONCHITIS, coughing too much

Hi, i was sent to the walk in centre on sunday, due to coughing far too much it was making me dizzy and sick. I also am a asthma sufferer and unfortunately a smoker. however because the coughing has been so bad i am unable to smoke which is probobly a good thing. the nurse advised me to continue using my inhalers and said it could possibly be bronchitus, i am still suffering alot and im finding it difficult to sleep. also when i cough im only bringing up liquid and small spots of blood. also when i blow my nose i have blood there too. i am really concerned as too whether i should be worried that im coughing up blood, or if it is all down to having bronchitus.

please help me someone im very worried.
