i dont have that anxiety because I'm his older sister, but he's worrying about his size and he's only 12. I told him he's a bit too young to worry about it, but I just want to put him at ease. He says he measured it at 5.5 inches, is that normal? Thanks.

It's average for an ADULT male.
He's fine.
For a boy at 12 year,5.5 inches is much over average size. But why is he worrying about his size?? Ask him if anyone is abusing him. A boy at his age is normally more concerned of tits. Hope you can help your brother.
