Omg I just went to the doctor today for the exact same issues. Although mine just started 5 weeks ago. I wake up every morning and 30 seconds to 1 minute after I wake up I'm running to the bathroom to vomit and it's always bile or now it's just like white foamy substance bc I haven't eaten in 3 days. I've lost 20 pounds already. I usually get better throughout the day after I take my nerve pain gabepebtin. I can't smell food without getting sick in the mornings. I use to drink coffee and now I can't even smell it. I have knot like feeling in my stomache and I feel hungry sometimes but I'm not. It's so weird. I've missed work a lot and the drs just give me zantac and zofran. It's so so irritating I just miss eating and waking up without being sick I dread waking up. I mean I do have anxiety but I've always had that...this just started 5 weeks ago and hasn't stopped! The Dr suggested it may be my gall bladder so I'm going to get an ultrasound next week but the er already did one and it was fine. She suggested getting a scope to see if it may be an ulcer or something else but reading these posts it seems they can't find the underlying issue that's happening with us. I pray we find relief guys

I have had this issue 8 years ago. It can be an infection in the stomach or it can be an infection in ur intestines. Get a stool test done. U can also go for biopsy of stomach and the endoscopy. If u feel u r not ready for it yet. Try below...
Few tips which helped me m not kidding. I had worst condition than u r narrating.
1) on the head side of ur bed keep some elevation. This helps the accumulated bile to not shoot up in ur stomach as u sleep inclined. The stomach wont feel irritated in mornings. If u sleep flat. The bottom end of stomach has become slack n the bile shoots up into ur stomach n that's y u feel vomiting in mornings. Ask urself y it doesnt happen in the day? Or at night?
2) take dry dinner. Avoid roughage completely. It makes ur duodenum more slack. Take boiled rice with yoghurt at night. Then dont sleep immediately.
3) take probiotics to make ur gastric tract strong. U can take "bifilac" at night for 10 days.

Give it a try its side effect free advise...

I am a 120 lb 20 year old female and I have had this same problem ever since I was a kid. My dad used to joke around and say that I was “allergic to getting up early.” But that’s really what it seems like! Over the years, it’s gotten a lot better. I’ll only throw up every other morning instead of every single morning. It was really bad in high school because I had to wake up at 5:30-6 am. Now I attend college courses and I don’t wake up until 8 am. I also never eat breakfast because it makes me sick. I’ve never gotten an answer as to what this condition is called :-(

Finally! A site that has some real people with the same issues as my daughter. She is 17 and has been vomiting since Dec. 8, 2016. She plays volleyball, is very athletic and is a straight A student. She was at the vball club when many of the girls came down with a stomach virus. They all got better...she continued to vomit. It’s been almost 17mos now and we’ve been to many, many specialists. Children’s Hosp. in Knoxville TN misdiagnosed her and the GI Dr’s affiliated with them basically said they would no longer continue to keep her as a patient. Who in God’s name refuses to treat a sick child?? I am learning though that just because you have a degree does not make you a good Dr. Most traditional Dr’s are 80% pharmaceutical. They’re going to find something wrong with you in “their field” of study and....they are all just “practicing” medicine. She had to drop out of volleyball and she’s had to repeat the 11th grade because she’s been too sick to go to school. She had her gallbladder removed in a March of 2017 in NY but she continued to vomit. She is nauseous most of the time. But there have been times (a week, or 1-3 days or even 3weeks) that she hasn’t thrown up. We call those times “miracles”. It is so frustrating, as I’m sure you know, to Not Know what the cause of this illness is. Trying to eat better, doesn’t seem to help. Or maybe it does for a brief period and then the vomiting starts again. She’s lost 30lbs since this all started but the worst thing right now is that it seems she is not able to absorb nutrients from the foods she’s trying to eat. We’ve cut out fried foods (because she doesn’t have a gallbladder) yet she still throws up only ‘bile’ sometimes in the morning. I’ve thought that perhaps her menstrual cycle had something to do with it but 3 endocrin Dr’s have said her blood work comes back normal. I made her pediatrician blood test her for Lupus and that test, called an ANA test, came back positive for inflammation. Of course this test doesn’t mean she has Lupus but it did get us into Cincinnati Children’s Hospital to see a Rheumatologist. I thought he was going to do a more in-depth blood panel to verify or rule out Lupus but he just looked at her and said “I don’t think you have Lupus”. Of course Dr’s like that have no idea what’s going on so they link whatever symptoms they seem to find to an “autoimmune disorder” and then want to send you to another specialist because they have no answers. I have had my daughter checked for parasites 3 times and for Helicobactor Pylori Bacteria twice. Everything came back negative. But I am now going to have her rechecked - but this time not like conventional Dr’s check. I want her tested 3-7 times by Dr’s or scientist that are skilled in finding, not just living parasites, but dead ones also. Because parasites go through a life cycle in the “host” body. Do some research. Google parasites and their symptoms. I’ve read how even IBS has been misdiagnosed...the person actually had a parasitic infection. If you haven’t already researched this I recommend you do it - you have nothing to lose. Also, go to a holistic Dr or an alternative medicine Dr. - sometimes you can order these tests on line and do them yourself and then send them off to ‘knowledgable labs’. Many times our local labs do not have microscopes big enough to detect parasites.
So sorry for the long read. I will keep you all in my prayers. Be assured there are many others going through this same frustration and WE ARE GOING TO FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON!!!! Stay strong!

A frustrated Mom

Hi I totally understand how you feel . When people I know ask me what's wrong now when they fully know what I go through every day .they act like it's something new or different going on when it's just the same agony over & over again. I have to cook for my family meanwhile I don't want anything to do with food . From what you said about the kind of stools your passing any kind of fiber may help even if it's medimusl wrong spelling but it's powder you put into a drink that might help ,when I manage to eat old fashioned oatmeal it did help a bit .I mix the 5 min oatmeal with steel cut oatmeal & that did help me alot . Please get a new referral for gastrointestinal stomach & bowel specialist . Ask them for a gastro scope biopsy or now they have a breathalyzer test less invasive to test for h phylori which is a bacterial stomach infection that people don't even know they have . This stomach infection is what causes stomach ulcers & left untreated can lead to stomach cancer . The treatment for this is a regime of antibiotics 2 or three different kinds that is really hard on the system but it's the only thing that may reverse the damage as that I have no mucus membranes left to my stomach & intestine .this untreated is what leads to Crohn's or IBS . They are now doing fecal transplant but first have to do the antibiotics . But treatment with antibiotics doesn't always work the first time so you have to make sure they test you again to see if the bacteria is gone . Green algae anisipgidus bifidus from health store can help get the good bacteria back into your system. I am praying for you ,you have your whole life still to live so please don't give up you are not alone

I am not alone I see.... it has been 6 months of everyday being chronically nauseated with abdominal pain. I feel like my intestines are rotting. medical marijuana pills help and Zofran that melt sublingually.
I am totally exhausted and so are my doctors. future not bright .,

Hi there, from a Lyme person to another, Leaky Gut is a huge problem amongst Lyme patients and resembles all the symptoms you explain. I also have had it to the point of feeling the need to vomit EVERY MORNING and wouldn’t stop until bile came out. So hard on your system! The water cure was extremely helpful for me to bring down pain, cramping, and belching. You pretty much just drink purified warm water with a bit of natural salt and it helps flush toxins in your gut; there’s more research if you search “water cure, leaky gut” It’s probably not bacteria or stress, it’s probably that.

The only issue with that is I've done the changing of diet. That did nothing. I can't exercise in the morning cause of the pain it drains out all my energy. It is clearly an anxiety issue im havinh
