Has anyone gotten answers as to what's going on? I've been dealing with the same symptoms going on strong for the last 3 months. I've had an endoscopy, a ton of blood work, an ultrasound on my abdomen, and a HIDA scan. All with little to no answers! I wake up every morning nausea, having lower abdominal pain, either throwing up, or pooping my brains out for a few hours. I'm not constipated and I've cut a ton of things out of my daily diet. I'm waiting for my celiac tests to currently come back... But in the mean time I'm at a loss! I'm also very anemic and B12 deficient which I get monthly injections for. I'm not sure if I have IBS and my body isn't absorbing the vitamins. I'm always tired and hurting. I'm on anti acid medications and pain medication for the chronic stomach pain. I want off medications and an actual answer. I know these threads are old but does anyone have answers?!

I just wanted to let people know, I have the same symptoms of the original poster and believe I have it figured out. The biggest red flag we have in common is getting sick 10 seconds after we wake up. I believe this problem is silent acid reflux without heart burn. Diet and medication didn't help me much, but propping the head of my bed up has helped wonders! Recliners don't work for me because the body is bent in half and that pushes the acid up into your esophagus, you must be laying flat and inclined. Prop the head of the bed up more than the recommended 6 inches. 1 foot helped me more, and 2 feet is even better. If you've worn out all other alternatives, don't get discouraged and give this a try.

Hello,my boyfriend suffers from vomiting in the morning, when his body is starting to move more, sometimes he can lay in bed without problems, but no matter what he is vomiting and having a bowel movement within 10 minutes. He has some pain, no appetite for a bit, chooses light foods, no diet of any kind, eats all different things. I want to lean toward H. pylori bacteria but when i look it up it says the symptoms last up to 10 days.... his problem has been years....and wont go to the hospital. I noticed you have said your problem was 8 months.. Can Hpylori be longer than a 10 day issue?

I am 31 and have had this problem since I was 11. Mine started with food sensitivies, like I couldn't drink milk and anything with tomatoes was a huge no no. Fast forward 10 years, I would get horrible stomach pain, for hours, nothing worked. I lived on steamed rice and green tea for 6 months with the occasional veggie medley. When I ce home from school for break, my mom took me to her dr, who did the ultrasound. My gallbladder was roughly the size of a 20 Oz coke bottle, had attached itself to intestines and organs and was full of stones. Had it removed within a week. The specialist said it was so diseased it would have killed me if I hadn't had it removed. I made the diet changes, but my body still goes through pain 10 yrs later, as if it is still there. I have an appt to see a gastrointestinal dr, because even tho they removed the gallbladder, the tube that feeds the extra bile into your stomache, is left behind and can grow stones too. My liver is constantly producing bile and I found grazing all day settles it down . The mornings still suck tho

resolved for us - Sphincter of Oddi My husband was literally dying after 10 years of sickness. Test is a sphincter manometry. Very difficult and you can die from the test if a competent surgeon is not doing it. Its the sphincter to the pancreas. Find a rockstar gastro and ask if he can perform the test. If so, a stint can be inserted to keep the sphincter open. Don't go the cutting route, will lead to multiple surgeries as the wound heals. Google it. May prayers are with you all!! Also, he has Barrett's esophagus now from years of throwing up. PLEASE try to keep the acid from hitting your throat by using an acid blocker as much as you can and low acid diet. Christos Anesti!!

I feel this way every morning, it started a year or so ago and it would be consistent every morning for 2 months straight, and then it went away and now it's back again. I can't deal with the pain and sickness every morning. I have been to the doctor, he recommend a specialist and I have been waiting months for an appointment . In the meantime, I have tried other things such as eating different , eating at different times, tried an antacid pill, etc. This pain is ruining my life. Every morning I feel like I am going to throw up anywhere between 6am and 8am. I don't normally feel better till around 11 or noon . I am a healthy 26 year old female .

Hi, I too suffered from these exact same symptoms. Although mine were a little more extreme and I was put on a feeding tube for about 6 months as I couldn't keep anything down. They ran the same tests on you as they did me, boh with negative results. After almost a year of tests I was diagnosed with Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome. I had to undergo some serious major surgery and am now on he generic version of Remeron (which is what they give cancer patients to help with neasua and increase appetite. It has been the only thing that has helped me. Ask your doctor about SMAS, it could help!

You are all describing exactly what has been happening to my son. The doctors truly believe that his brain and gut have lost their connection.

I read your post just now as I listen to my 19 year old daughter wretch in the bathroom. It's the same thing - sick every single morning - violent vomiting and abdominal pain. Then she is fine later in the day. This has been going on for about 6 months and getting worse. She has been in the ER twice and they haven't found anything wrong yet. Blood tests are negative. We finally go to a specialist in a few days. I was hopeful but after reading the below and other things on the internet I'm not so sure. I'm worried sick

I have and had the same thing you did for three years and i lucked up going to this gastro dr. who ran an ERCG on me and told me what the problem was. I had a gallstone in one of my ducts and they needed to go in and get it out. They did and all the mess went away. I thought he was nuts at first because i didn't have a gallbladder and it was removed about 11 yrs ago. The dr said that a stone could have slipped out and stayed in there camping out for some time before it moved and then this was what caused my problems. The procedure was quick and i was out of the hospital the next day. I feel much better since.

i have been dealing with the same issue on and off for years, however about 3 years agonit was chronic just like yours. If i did not get out of bed and get a cracker or even just some water into my tummy, then i would instantly feel nauseous and either go back to sleep (which only resulted in me feeling worse when i woke back up again...as i learned that the hard way...so i dont do that anymore) or get up and grab a saltine cracker. If i did not pu something into my stomach within 39min of waking up, like clockwork, i would be nauseous and vomit bile. Thos was happenning to the point that i woluld not be able to eat for the rest of the day because my stomach was so tender from all the acid and "reflux"/vommitting. I would maybe have some nuts and saltines theoughout the day. And water. Saltines, plain cheerios and plain oatmeal became my tummysbest friends. (Thats if i didnt feel too nauseous to even try those in the morning.) It got so bad that i eventually started dropping weight and becoming malnourished and i have always been the athletic type so it was devistating for me, and im still not where i was physically before this (+3 years ago!). And im not talking about just physical appearance, sure we all have the desulirr to be attractive, but this was on a different level, my whole body chemistry changed and i have never felt the same since. (Mentally/physiacslly/stamina-wise) i litterally feel like i lost myself. And ever since then ive made it my personal goal to try and get all of the nutirents i i need that i can on a daily basis, and yes it can be difficult, but i dont care, i need to do this to feel like i can live and be the best me. I know this happened to me a few years back, but im srill affected by it, and thus i have learned to manage it. The doctors couldnt figure out what was wrond with me either...my mother, father and i were sooooo beyond frustrsted. I seriously felt lost. And then i started seing an acupuncturist/accupressurist/NAETist . It is seriously the best thing i havr ever done for my body and mind. It was like opening up a pandoras box of possibbilities for health. It was and has been one of the most eye opening experiences i have ever had. (In regard to my personal health.) I eventually came to learn that the stomach is linked with anxiety...(Ding Ding Ding Ding!...lightbulb over head). I never had any issues with anxiety either really until this started happening to me. I was becoming so wrapped up in trying to figure out what was wrong, and was getting ao stressed out by not finding answers that it became this cycle. I dont remember the first time that this happened (i so wish i did) then maybe i could pinpoint the start of this burden. But all i can do is guess that it may have come about when my stomach was empty on morning, and maybe i was unprepared for an exam? I always get super anxious and nervous if im not prepared for a test (ever since the start od grade school, and im 23 now). So my best advice is, bring your insurance card, ID, and some form of payment to a NAET practicioner. Many are skeptical of this practice, i was myself, i seriously questioned it every tme i went (merely bc it was so fascinating) it was like magic for the mind bosy and soul. But every time i always felt better and felt that i was making progress. And i was! Omg it was like the life was being breathed back into me. I eventually became the practice's receptionist and eventualy a medical assistant for the practice. (Then i got free treatments yay!!! :) ) But i no longer work there, so no i am not trying to advertise for them i am simply giving the story of my view on it. And honestly i wouodnt knock it till you try it. I was skeptical about the Harry Potter books that came out in '99...left them on my shelf for a year and thw read the back of the nook on day and decided to read them. (And to this day i am the bigfeat Harry potter fan EVER!...hopefully that metaphor will convince u to at least not knock it till ya try it. So try it! It will change your life! It changed mine! For the better! So i urge you, or anyone struggling with, honestly, honest to goodness, ANYTHING (be it, mental, physical, environmental, or paranormal...if u wanna go there.) to give NAET a try.

Best of luck and well wishes to you on your health journey!

(Ps sorry for the length but wanted to explain)
