Ive had some bumps at the base of my penis for a few years now, probably since I hit puberty. I'm now 16 and they are still there, they show no signs in reducing or going away. What can I do to treat them? What are they? Is this normal at all?
Without seeing it, don't post a picture, I can only guess that it may be what is called sebaceous prominence. Basically they are oil glands under the skin.
They are common, lots of guys have them, and very normal.
Hope it helps.
