i noticed i have very tiny bumps under my ball sac. they are hard, there is no puss and haven spread anywhere else. i have no idea what the hell it is. i thought it was just jock itch due to the itch but that hasnt done anything to the tiny bumps. is it the hair follicles? ive never noticed it until now though. your advice is appreciated. thanks.
Most likely they are hair follicles. If they are somewhat evenly spaced, and small, like sesame seeds (found on hamburger buns) that's what they are.
However, if they are hard, round like a pea, and irregularly spaced, they may be lymph nodes.
If they spread, or grow, swell, expand or give you any problem, head for a doctor...

I have something kind of similar. I have one large bump on my ball sac. It is not attached to my balls. It started off as what appeared to be a pimple and over time it has gotten very hard and nothing really comes out of it. Every once in a while you can get some puss or some clear liquid. It isnt huge but it is probably about the size of an air soft bebe. Its kind of saped a little irregular if you feel underneeth it, like the roots of it. Have any idea what this is? It worries me
I have the same issue as the OP here. I've had them as long as I can remember and they've never been an issue for me. But I'd quite like to know what they are.
