iam 19 and i have done 3 time sex with a girl but now after pee sometime later i feel burning inside my penis head and leaked something yellow like fluid.. i dont know what problem is it.

You NEED to see your doctor.
The "yellow like fluid" can indicate either a UTI or an STD possibly gonorrhea or chlamydia. Chlamydia often doesn't produce any symptoms early on. Gonorrhea often produces a yellow discharge.
No sex until you are tested and cleared.
