Hi I'm a 17 ear old male, I've been suffering for about 3 months now with these conditions:

Cold burning sensation in penis head

Sharp then dull pain up rectum

Itchy and irritable skin

Tugging feeling when ejaculating and little semen

Very slight dribble after urination

Bladder feels full but it isn't and needing to go constantly

Pressure pressing on bladder

Feels like Urine is stuck in urethra

Slight fishy smell of penis

Aching testicles

I have had blood tests which turned back fine, tests for STD's and they came back fine, multiple urine tests all coming back fine (except the last one which said i had very high protein in my urine) multiple anti-biotics that just don't seem to do anything and a prostate exam which was normal.

Can anyone shine any light into what this could be? I've been referred to a urologist but I have to wait 18 weeks to see one!!

Hey there.... I'm sorry to hear of your condition.... are you diabetic at all? Also have you had any contrast inaging of your bladder? When you go to your urologist see if he/she would want to do a cystoscopu where they look at your bladder urethra and prostate cith a camara you may have something like idiopathic cystitis

I havent been tested to see if I'm a diabetic the doctors haven't even mentioned it to me! It doesn't hurt when i void my bladder its just a constant feeling that its blocked or something! I'm thinking about getting the urologist privately I can't wait 4 months

Do you drink a lot or feel thirsty at all? blood glucose is done on almost every blood profile so if ur doctor did blood tests. Then a high glucose level should have shown.... aditionally there should have been. Glucose in your urin if you are diabetic

I would get your blood sugar tested to see the levels....

I would take a chronic nonbacterial prostatitis into my consideration. This condition is marked by urinary and genital pain. Patients have no bacteria in their urine, but may have other sign of inflammation. The condition can be confused with IC(a chronic inflammation of the bladder). Well, It's just my guess, maybe you could check out "99eyao" and consult the online doctors for an alternative opinion. I think they may help you.

Proteinuria (protine in your urine) is indicative of chronic kidney disease. This can be caused by diseases like diabetes, high blood pressure and diseases causing inflamation of the bladder. So its important to get thoes checked out.

I thought I'd just give everyone a update to my problem!

After seeing a specialist and having more tests the Urologist told me that every one of my symptoms is caused by large amounts of stress. I started to take natural relaxation tablets called 'easy life' and he prescribed me tablets for a overactive bladder!

I feel 100% better and all my symptoms have basically gone!

How long did it take for your symptoms to go away once the urologist said it was from stress? Also what tests did the urologist do?
