burning sensation in the tip of penis and scrotum

i am having burnign sensation in the tip of my penis and scrotum.

also i have a pricking sensatition once in a while in the penis tip.

i am also fatigued. no rashes or anything. nothing in urine

i had sex with this girl that i met from online two weeks back..i am worried if i have any STDs...

does these sysmptoms sound like a STD?

please help... :-(
