This is severe acid reflux which is caused by allergy to a food you eat...usually gluten (wheat Rye, barley, oats) and dairy. Also high saturated fat diet will cause it. The old saying "pinch an inch" around your waist is right. That's the aim for a healthier body. I can grab a handful but I am cutting back. Food allergies can be tested. I found a reliable site called that highlighted my allergies. Cutting them back stops a lot of future toxic illnesses. Adding allergens to your body is like trying to run a diesel car on petrol....damage will happen. Holes in intestines etc. 70 % of people are either gluten or dairy intolerant....some soya. Rice milk for breakfasts is now our normal. ...takes a bit of getting used to but becomes tasty once you adapt to it. We have soya as our gluten and dairy allergen level is higher. Babies that are sick with milk are allergic yet NHS uk here told us they'd adapt...not true...the allergy goes internal and the milk does long term damage. Good Luck. X

Same symptoms seems to happen when I try taking a short walk. The pain was much worse, but it has gotten better since seeing a chiropractor trained in applied kinesiology and nutrition. He found it to be the acid reflux in addition to h. Pylori which is a parasite that bores into you stomach and intestines. I have had to use an essential oil which is rubbed on my big toe pads, backs of ear lobes, and thumbs. This will destroy the biofilm that the parasites are covered with. Also was given a mastic gum supplement to kill the parasites once exposed. I finished that supplement and he put me on PeptiGuard - the pain has eased up quite s bit so I am hoping I am on the mend. Also thought it was my heart, but no other telltale symptoms including BP checked and heart circuits checked. The pain lessens once the burping commences. Check for helicobactor pylori parasites. Large percentage of people have them without realizing it. Partially cooked chicken and uncooked eggs could be where the parasites developed. Optional treatment would be several rounds of antibiotics, leaving your intestinal friendly flora totally destroyed which usually causes more problems.

I have been in a panic for over a year dealing with yhe same issues. As a 32 yo military service member these symptoms have been worrisome. After a long battle of in and out of the hospital for days at a time, and seeing specialist in many different areas, it was an international medicine doc that made all of this make sense. GERD is the diagnosis. How it works and why you ask? Acid backs up into the esophagus and can be irritated by many different things. Basically, the sphincter in the esophagus is tired and worn out which leads to the backup. The acid then burns your esophagus, and when you lay down on your back or right side, can spill over into the airway which can lead to asthma type symptoms. While the acid is burning your upper GI and airway, the body responds by swelling. This swelling causes pressure to be placed on one of the arteries leading to your heart that can lead to heart attack like symptoms. Tingling, numbness, and dizziness to name a few. All of these symptoms are elevated the second you panic because your blood begins to push even harder against the swollen area. How to fix it, you ask? Diet, diet, diet!!! Avoiding animal products, acids, carbonated beverages, and dairy (i.e. animal products) will help control these things long term. Short term relief comes from antacids and resting on your left side with your head elevated. Slow sipping water is a relaxing feeling as well. Warm or cold depending on what makes you feel better. The antacids that I have found to work are over the counter liquids like Gaviscon Extra Strength Mint Flavor. It fixes things within minutes. I hope this helps all of you. I still struggle with the food choices and that leads to all of the symptoms coming right back with a vengeance. Keep Gaviscon close and strongly look into GERD diet foods. Good luck.

Don't forget Vitamin D. A deficiency can give you the tingles & weakness too. And overtime prolong low salt levels can do the same.

Found Nexium works best straight after evening meal.

Sitting on the toot too often can deplete one of vit's & minerals.

Banana's for potassium.

First of all, thank you all for sharing. I can now feel a lot relieved after knowing there's a lot of us with the same symptoms. And from my observation of nearby people & this forum, it's not fatal (GERD).
So, I'm sharing my remedies. It should have a positive effects on many of you, however, like any good things it takes sometimes.
I have most of the symptoms by stages, namely:
1) Palpitations - thought I have heart condition/attack. Went to cardio twice, everything is fine.
2) Lightheadness / Dizziness / Stone / Fainting Feeling.
3) Anxiety - Suddenly I could not take elevator, escalator, high places, crowded places & aeroplane. Referred to psych unit, then only notice that it happens starting that I had my lightheadedness/dizzyness/stone stage. Meaning that the gas has travelled up to my head.
4) Chronic Fatigue / Tiredness - barely can lift a bucket of water. After that, felt like I did very hard labor for 8 hours straight.
5) Numbness/Tingling Sensation - it was all over the body, starting with left arm & feet.

To make this short, try these simple & safe alternative methods. I'm exploring still, however this works positively for me as I'm getting better than 3 months ago. (Feeling fearing that I would die anytime).

Try this out first, these are actually healthy simple supplements that we should take even if we are healthy (without these symptoms):

Every morning right after waking up:
1) Drink 1 Glass of Warm Water.
2) Carrot Juice OR Apple Juice (pink lady/red delicious)
3) If possible take soup with bread for breakfast. Avoid gas trigger foods such as nuts and carbonated drinks.
4) For snacks try yogurt with no flavoring.

Every nite before sleep:
1) Drink a cup/glass of warm goat's milk.
2) Take 1 teaspoon of pure honey
3) Take 1 teaspoon of olive's oil, extra virgin.
4) Take 100 gm of black seed oil (habbatus sauda) - Nowadays they come in the form of "soft gel". Try googling - Minsyam Black Seed oil, or any brand of kind.
These intake works for me, I hope it will work for some of u. I'm not totally recover but I'm a lot better than 3 months back when it all started. Now, my significant symptoms is numbness & tingling sensation. I will continue to find the answer.
So try it out and hope it these tips can benefit u guys positively. Stay positive. - email me should u have questions/exchanging ideas. -

I am 69 years old and have been experiencing this exact same thing without chest pain off and on for over 15 yrs. Had stress test done and found nothing last year. Have had blood pressure problems for over 40 yrs. Currently Blood pressure is under control. I do not believe this problem is with my heart but did a nuclear stress test about 6 weeks ago and found problem with my left ventricular which is only ejecting incoming blood at a Rate of 49 percent. Normal ejection rate should be from 55-75%. Having said that every time I get this pain and burping I think it may be my heart and it causes anxiety ....Currently going to a Chiropractor for the arm and shoulder problem....

Fantastic to see everyone contributing so much to make it easier for others. I'm 31yr male and started having the same problems since 3 weeks. I even rushed to emergency care one day due to chest pain which looked like heart attack. But ecg was fine and doctor said it was acid reflux. I maintained my diet and stopped eating almost all packaged food. It was better for few days and today again I feel heavy in left chest. Will meet a doctor again and see what he says. But looking at the symptoms and the responses. It sure looks like Gerd to me.
