I’m 14 as well, and this happens to me as well from time to time, but only when I have masturbated more than once in the day. Since the pro stare is located inside of the bum and it is what helps with urinating and ejecukating, the prostate is probably under stress or something of the like. However, I very well could be wrong. If it’s unbearable I would just come clean to mom and dad and say you need a doctor to check it out.

Personally speaking, I am close to your age and was looking this up because it happened to me today. Yesterday night I masturbated and fell asleep. The next day I woke up with buttock pain and still have it after many hours. It makes walking hard and painful but I noticed when your body is active you don’t really feel it but it comes back later.
