I am reading about diets and can’t find anything about Cambridge diet. Is anyone familiar with it? I would be very grateful for reply!

Cambridge diet consisted of health and weight plan. You can choose from a wide range of programmes; for example from 400 or 1500 kcals loosing daily. I admit, I haven’t try it yet, but I read some reviews and they seem to be fine. If you are from UK or Ireland, Cambridge diets have their own trained accredited counsellors. I saw some shakes on their home page (I am not a fan of diet shakes…) and some videos ... I suppose that are videos with exercises.

i'm currently on the Cambridge diet, it's great!!!
the first three ish days can be hard because its so different from what you're used to but once your body adjusts its great!! and you feel so good watching those pounds drop off!! i recommend the sole source diet plan(part of Cambridge diets) weight falls off so fast

I was on the cambridge diet and had brilliant weight loss I also found first three days hard but after that it got easier. I didnt do the maintenance part of it so as soon as I stopped I gained it back silly me!! As from tuesday the 6th of jan I am back on the diet and this time I will do it all and I will look and feel so good this summer.
They now do a porridge which I cant wait to try I missed the eating last time but I'm going to have a bowel of porridge a shake for lunch and a tasty soup for dinner and plenty of water of course and you can get flavourings for your water.Why not try it all you have to loose is weight .
