Can alkaline phosphatases be increased in prostate cancer?

If you have done a blood test and you find out that alkaline phosphatases are increased in your blood, can this be an indication that you have prostate cancer? Are alkaline phosphatases increased when you have prostate cancer? Can a high level of alkaline phosphatases in your bloodstream be an indication of any other disease?
