Im 12 years old (nearly 13) In may I was 56kg and then when I went to the doctors again in July she said that I was over weight (60kg) when I barely eat anything and then I weighted my self again yesterday It said I was 65kg (143lb) But all I eat is Salad, Fruit and drink water and I'm a dancer and really active (Im in the top set for P.E/ Gym) So i dont understand why I'm so overweight? Can you help please?

I kind of know how you feel because i get picked on and bullied about my weight. the best tip i can give you is to pick the right food choice and exercise for an hour or half an hour. get one of your tops and after its been a month or two, see how loose it is then you can see you have lost weight.

try croosfit, its odd but it works, you should look up the meaning od what croosfit is you might enjoy it! i am 13 and can already lift 255 pounds off the ground because of crossfit and i only do it three times a week for 30 minutes or less each time, and it helped me lose weight and i had more energy throughout the day, THINK ABOUT IT, IT MIGHT HELP YOU A LOT!!!!

look dont worry, the way to loose weight is to exercise and to eat healthy. eat lots of healthy fruit and vegetables and to make sure you dont take the snack every so often between meals. eat the normal meal that has been cooked for you. and plus if your so worried dont be its all about the inside and how you behave that how thin or fat you are. and trust me there is always some one out there who loves you just the way you are. but always remeber to eat healthy, exersise and to keep on grinning!!!!!!!!!!!!!

look dont worry. if you want to loose weight, exercise and eat healthy foods. and dont snack inbetween meals. its hard trust me i know, its hard not to be tempted by all the unhealthy foods. but its ok, im 12 as well and im a little on the chubby side aswell. I never got bullied but i sometimes feel upset. is that how you feel? getting thinner will take time, i cant lie, but is all worth it. go on a diet, eat healthy and plus always remember that its not about what you look like it is about the person inside of you.
