look up things I'm 12 and I weigh 117 and I wanna weigh 80 so look up things some tip I learned are Drink water replace it with ANY type of drink like soda and etc. keep away from sweets eat healthy like fruits etc. It might be hard so have a treat 1 sweet once a week. exercise about 30 minuets or more. DO NOT eat after 6 pm. Drink water 30 min before you eat anything. Eat breakfast,lunch and dinner Hope this helps!

1. Put your arms behind your head with your legs in the air and start doing crutches. These are called "vertical crutches", (just in case you didn't know). Do this for 1 minute.
2. Put your feat on the floor (still laying down) with your knees in the air. (Hard to describe, but simple pose) hold your hands together in a stretched out fashion. Do crutches like that for another minute.
3. Put your hands behind your head and prepare to get your left knee to touch your right elbow as your right elbow comes to your left knee simultaniously. Do the same thing with your right leg and left elbow and go back and forth between movements. (It's kind of like a "Picture Perfect Bicycle" but you kick your legs instead of moving them in a circular motion) Do this for your last minute and you're done.
(Notes: You'll need to breath deeply... So the sensation of not being able to breath doesn't come.. Not that that's a bad thing... Just means ur holding in your breath)
If this workout doesn't help you, please don't be discouraged. You just need to find a workout good for you. I told you the workout before what I'm about to say next, because I know you hear it everywhere. But you are beautiful inside and out no matter what. Now I'm not going to say that you look like you were meant to, cause that sounds like you have no control, and you do. Some of us have slow metabolisms that can cause you to be over weight. What's most likely is that you are "over weight" because of genetics. Even though you're sister is skinnier than you, we get more in control of our weight as we get older because the genetics making us over-weight start to wear off. A lot of over-weight kids take advantage of this fact when they get older and turn out thinner than the skinny kids turned out. You'll have more control soon enough!
