Hi. I'm in the same situation but I am starting to find a sport that I want to play that sounds fun. I do eat healthy but I do eat a lot, I find taking a walk 20-30 after dinner helps burn calories. Doing a lot of activitys that don't seem very active can help you loose some weight.

i am gonna say a few suggestions 1. if u have a dog and if u take it if a walk make it into a run. 2. make healthy smoothies/dinners. 3. ask a parent to go to a gym and go on a treadmill and stuff like that. hope it helps

Dude, I'm 14 and 130lb at 5'5. I just have hips which lead to thighs. I've noticed that my wight goes down due to drinking smoothies with fruit and spinach and or kale in it, then I like to do small sports, try that nothing too big and pretty simple , so my weight jumps between 126lb to 130lb all the time. I don't eat breakfast for real either, maybe just an boiled egg and spinach with a cup of tea and that's only on the weekend or school breaks. I hope this helped

No. Mantain your weight you are not overweight. Healthy weight for your height is 95 lbs - 140 lbs. and youre very healthy since youre like in the middle so please stick with that
