Eat less and exercise more. Instead of watching an episode of TV, grab a skipping rope and start jumping, and be sure to take breaks. Or you could try other easy exercises, like jogging or running. They may tire you but it's good for you! And also remember to drink LOTS of water, it helps you to lose weight.:-|good luck

Actually, for your age, it might be a bit heavy so no diets, but eat healthy foods and drink more water. If your urine is a light colour, you did a good job for the day. If it's really dark, you need much more water. Also keep in mind that just because your sisters are skinny doesn't mean you have to be. You're special in a way like that.

Dude, you are definitely OK. Don't think about flat stomachs, it's just what commercials do to you. Of course you are not overweight. If you get a flat stomach, you might be underweight. Besides, we're all young so don't think too much about your weight. You are skinny, and that's the best, but I suggest no need for a flat stomach (Unless you really want one). If you really want to, use a bmi calculator. :)

Just be good with who you are. I'm 12 and I used to weigh (I'm giving a number that is around my old weight, and new weight because I still want privacy) 130 pounds. Now I weigh about 115 because I excersied and moved around and didn't use computers and stuff. Just be fine with yourself, and shine :-)
