I had unprotected intercourse on Friday night and have had cramps in my lower left side...surely that couldn't be a sign that we've concieved already...really awful pain..

Partner and I BD 24th nov.
Ovulation day was estimemated on the 27th nov.
past day (going on two) I've been cramping upper and lower abdomen (keeps switching) unsure if there's any hope of me getting a BFP but any suggestions on when I should test? I'm thinking the earliest would be the 4th-5th of dec (10-11 DPO)
Last cycle we had a smige of hope then AF came to visit and kind of broke our spirits (was 6 days late) I calculated the last AF to get a correct cycle outlook and am pretty sure I got it right.

I took an clear blue digital ovulation test when I got home on December 30 at 5:30-6pm and got an smiley face and the next day also an smiley face no more after and also on the ovulation calculate I have sex around my fertile day
