Quite a few times now I've gone to bend or hunch myself up to do a job, and I'll get this sudden painful sensation in belly button area. Its abit like being winded, followed by a pain
It happened today. I bent over onto my hands and knees and quickly hunched myself up to get behind my computer desk, and it felt like a sudden cramp.
I went to the toilet to urinate, and it hurt. It hurt in my side in that bit between my bottom ribs and hip, and then the pain moved to the right of my belly button as I was urinating, almost moving behind the belly button.
But I also needed the toilet for a dump about 10 minutes afterwards. And, ( I hope no-ones eating) their was quite alot of it.

This cramp and pain in my side and belly button area has happened before when I've been hunched of sitting upright, and its alway hurts when I go to the toilet to pee,....but I've always needed to go for a number 2 shortly afterwards. After that, the pain subsides.
Would a full stomach affect pressure on the bladder?.
I suppose it could do. It could also be trapped wind which can be excruiating. If it doesnt sort it self out maybe see your Dr
