Hello there! It is not hemorrhoids that are preventing you to defecate but constipation, which made you develop hemorrhoids due to straining when trying to expel the waste.

When a person is constipated, it is important that they eat a lot of food that contain fiber but also take fiber supplements. The same person needs to drink a lot of water. If a person is eating a lot of fiber foods and not drinking enough water, they will again become constipated.

So, it is constipation and inability to defecate that is making you bloated and swollen. You need to find a way to make your bowel start working some way.
Try cutting down on dietary products, this is what used to make me unable to have bowel movements.

As for your hemorrhoids, you should be evaluated by a doc. Depending on the hemorrhoid type (internal, external), the right procedure should be chosen. Your doc may advise you on that one as well after evaluation.
