That said...are you monitoring your ovulation? There are only 2 days in the month when you are most fertile, this is during ovulation.
You can buy an Ovulation Kit at the grocery store. Follow the directions and this test will help you determine when your best time for conception will be.

If your that worried, a trip to your doctor can help. Also your partner can have his sperm count checked. He basically masterbates in a cup and his sperm is checked under a microscope. His swimmers may be fine, they may be slow, which is called mobility, they may be scanty, or he may have a serious problem where he is infertile. Doctors can help with slow swimmers, and scanty ones, but once a man is rendered infertile, that's pretty much it for him.
