yes u can still get an std while using a condom if you didnt use the condom the entire time while having sex, did oral, or if u just used the condom incorrectly. and ths discharge isnt a constant flow it comes out little by little and sometime you have have it for a week and it not come back for maybe a month or two later but its different between every person
