It is not easy when you are not young any more. Many diseases affect as all the time. For instance I have cholesterol. The doctor says that I have to do something about it because it can be very dangerous. But I don't want to take meds. Can I do without cholesterol lowering meds?
It depends of level of cholesterol in your blood stream. By physical activity you can increase the level of HDL so called good cholesterol. Some foods are very good in lowering the cholesterol level in blood. Oatmeal can be both very tasty and productive. Olive oils and sugar are helpful too. But if your cholesterol is too high then you have to use medications.
