Can I have late ovulation?

I have a 29 day cycle. I got my period last on February 29 2009. I am supposed to start ovulation testing on the 12th day. This was the 9th of Feb for me. I have not had indication yet of the LH surge. It is the 18th. Can I still ovulate and successfully conceive before my next period due around the 29th?
