Hi, I am 31 years old and I have been trying to lead a healthy life, well as much as my time allows me. I also try to eat healthy but it seems that I am not doing it all that well. I try to eat nothing but veggies and fruit, with small protein amount. I also added multivitamin supplements, can that hurt my health?
Well, extra vitamins are needed only if required amount is not taken daily. And if you take both multivitamin and get them also from vegetables and fruit, hypervitaminosis might happen. And that is as bad as the lack of the vitamins. So, I guess you should be a bit more careful when using those extra vitamins.
