During foreplay my boyfriend got an (you guessed it) erection. However, he still had his boxers and shorts on. Can rubbing his tip onto his boxers or my hand eliminate the sperm that may have been present in pre-cum? Also, after that, I gave my boyfriend oral. Can this eliminate sperm from pre-cum as well? (We had sex prior to this)

1. No. You won't eliminate the sperm by rubbing it on your clothes or hands but it is unlikely that it would be viable for very long. Ther will be viable sperm in his urethra though.
2. No. The sperm, and semen, are in his urethra. You are not going to be able to get it all out.
