I need help.... im 24 yrs old and im discharging a brownish/ maroon color liquid/ mocuos with abdominal pain. Idk whats going on? Also been feeling lightheaded.... I already made an appt but its till next week so till then I wont know but for right now can someobe tell me whats this im feeling? Plss

See a doctor NOW. DO NOT wait until next week. If you have to go to emergency care then do it.
Brown/Maroon is blood. That you are lightheaded indicates that you may be anemic. You need to get this checked DO NOT DELAY.
