i thought id give marijuana a try to help with gastritis symptoms and i swallowed a little smoke while i was exhaling but after i swallowed i exhaled some more then burped after but didnt see any smoke... im scared

Smoking anything can cause gastritis, or it can make you symptoms worse. The smoke is an irritant.
