Hello
Some people swear that taking linoleic acid supplements can make people with multiple sclerosis feel better, at least a little bit. I am in the cynic's camp and I am not sure if a supplement can do anything for you. Will you please give me your opinion? Can taking an oral supplement of linoleic acid really do anything for you?

I think that it is individual whether someone will notice any obvious improvements or not, but I do know that this is something that can certainly happen. Multivitamins are also oral supplements, yet nobody would claim them to be a waste of money and a placebo, rather an essential part of personal body care.
