I am 18, I would like to ask if the testes damage due to weight lifting.
The side effects of weight training can sometimes involve the testicles. Some bodybuilders complain of testicular pain, either from a hernia or due to low testosterone levels. Low testosterone levels can come in where you either use steroids or really do an excessive amount of weight lifting. As long as you're properly supervised and you're lifting weights responsibly, you should be absolutely fine and your body should only benefit from weight training. That bit is key, though. Find a mentor who can show you everything and advise you on how much to do and when. Take nutrition seriously, as well.
Hey there what makes you think they could be damaged? Did you injure them or do they hurt? Have you been taking steroids or weight lifting supplements ?
