Last 4 month I have been working my legs but I am not satisfied with shape. Is there any effective leg routine for fast definition and shape development of legs? Some people in the gym say that I need to do a couple sets for my legs. Can you recommend me some leg routine?
Hi, here it is my routine. I do my quads on Monday's because my legs completely recovered so every exercise is effective. Than I do leg extensions, that are heavy as hell. After these sets, I go to the smith machine, for balance and isolation. After this, I start doing regular squats. That is it; 12-15 sets for legs all I do. Good luck!
