Hi, I'm very intrigue about your method. I have a similar issue with my keloids. It's near my industrial piercing on my right ear. I have 3 small keloids (one on my top ear, inside the ear & outside of the ear) & I'm desperate to have them disappear. I've tried the sea salt water soaks & using Tea Tree oil. They worked to a certain degree, but I need something full proof. You use a sterilize needle that was dipped in salt water & pierce the keloid then place a soak salt water cotton pad on the keloid & lastly covered the keloid with idione salt? Am I understanding correctly? Please respond whenever you get the chance. Thank you.

I just went ahead and bit mine off (behind a lip piercing). I bet you could just cut it out yourself if you are careful about being clean. Mine didn't hurt at all.

So I had a bump behind my lip pericing awhile back. I bit it off and things seemed to go well, but then it came back. Then one night my piercing fell out while I was sleeping and healed up too much to get the piercing back in in the morning. While I was sad to loose the piercing, it made my bump almost completely dissapear in about 2 weeks. So, if you are struggling with these bumps behind your piercings, you might want to just remove the jewlery and start over once it's healed.

I got one only 2 months after my cartilage, and it hurt. I took out my piercing and let it grow back together. That was one year ago and it has healed fine. Sadly I don't have the piercing anymore :/
