can you get pregnant even when your not ovulating?

Hii...I have problems with my period cycle ...... I jst wanted to know if I could get pregnant or not ....im jst so scared I've been eattinq to much &' I dnt get full I crave a lot of things I get really thristy &' hungry ......I pee a lot &' Idk wat are dah pregnancy symptoms .... Idk to do :'c someone help me plz
