Hello, I wonder does anyone here have experience with Visalus program?
Me and my husband need to lose weight, because all we've been doing since we got married is eating all kinds of unhealthy, junk food and snacks. Unfortunately, the view in the mirror have hit us (seriously , not a pleasant view at all) and we decided to choose some quality program and start with it together.
I would like to hear some experiences from people who went through it. Please tell me does it really work? I also wouldn’t mind hearing was it hard, after how much time you noticed first results, is it different for men and women etc.
Hey there, good for you and your husband for realizing that.:) You’ve already done your first (and the most important) step to your goal.
If you ask me, all those kinds of programs are money wasting. I don't know about the time, because I've never been on it, neither did any of my family and friends. I don't have any idea does it give the results, but I would say probably not .
But generally, take your husband's hand, and enjoy nice, long walks for a start, later you can increase your physical activity, and of course – eat less unhealthy food. You will see the first results really soon.:)
Excuse me but, how can you tell someone to do or not to do something if you’ve never tried it, neither know someone who did? Of course that Visalus program is the best option and the best possible choice if you want to improve your body shape, health, including weight loss. There are millions of people in the whole world who had joined Visalus program and have never regret it, because what they got was worth it.
It isn't too much different for men and women if you both want to lose weight. After that, if your husband wants to put his body in a better shape, he will find program in Visalus for that as well.
I am interested in this topic, too. My mother didn't lose anything with this program, not a single pound! But my aunt has lost almost half of her weight, it's pretty unbelievable. So does anyone know why did this happen and how could it be possible?
Both of them followed the rules, and have similar age. Now I am not sure what should I do, I have quite a number to lose, and I have a desire and enormous motivation when I see my aunt, but on the other side there is my mother, so I am afraid I will waste my time and money and won't lose anything besides that.
